We’ve updated this petition to demanding Todd Smith add “Spousal Earnings” to list of “exempt” forms of income under ODSP rules & regulations. The time is NOW especially during Covid19 for ODSP to STOP discriminating against people with disabilities who enter relationships or get married. They’ve ending discrimination in marriage for other groups but yet still choose ignore those with disabilities who have no other choice but to rely on income support from the Ontario Disability Support Program! We’re fighting for equality in marriage to include those with disabilities.
