Email addresses of New York City Council Members added

As we reach 1,000 signatures we added the names and email addresses of the New York City Council Members. Unfortunately, we don't have email addresses for all 51 members. As the campaign progresses and awareness grows we will continue to reach out directly to the NYC Council Members. We will then start adding the NYS legislators in Albany.
