This case needs reopened. Unless there is another victim Jimence plans on raping today that goes to the police, that's not possible. It's time to move to change the law on these older cases. Donna's Law only is for newer cases not ones this old like my case. We need a law for cases as old as 1994. Before we can just think to do that, we need Sunshine Law involving Child Rape Cases modified or removed, and that means removel of that ten day window of time frame on cases like mine. That ten day window of time frame still exists on new cases for a rape kit in ten days despite Donna's Law on newer cases.
