Posting updates here shouldn't be this easy, but our politicians have forgotten what their role is in democracy. Another awesome post by Konrad at Punters Politics, shows just how much our politicians from both sides of the major party lines have forgotten that what some of them are doing right now in public, is nothing short of shady corrupt behaviour.
I reiterate - politicians make law not deals. It's truly that simple. Our governments responsibility is to regulate business, collect taxes and redistribute that wealth for the benefit of all Australians not just the top 1% and overseas billionaires.
By making a single word change, forcing the NACC to disclose their work, it lets the world know what shenanigans are going on in parliament, and lets Aussies know if we think the punishment fits the crime. Allowing the NACC full opportunity to prove that it itself is not being manipulated by a government official. The handshake behind the handshake needs to stop.
