📢 IT IS TIME TO CHANGE THE DNA LAW TO PROTECT OUR CHILDREN! ⚖️💔

Every child deserves truth, identity, justice, and protection under the law.

I am calling for a review and change of DNA laws concerning children, especially those who are motherless, have lost their mothers, or have no mother available to speak on their behalf.

Who protects these children when important decisions about their identity, parentage, and future are being made?

Who speaks for them when their mothers are no longer here to explain their family history, protect their rights, or challenge decisions that may affect their lives forever?

A child’s rights should never be overlooked because their mother is absent.

I believe the law should provide clear, fair, and compassionate procedures to ensure that:

Every child’s identity and best interests are protected.
DNA testing involving children is handled lawfully, sensitively, and accurately.
Children who have lost their mothers are not unfairly disadvantaged.
Their legal guardians and appropriate representatives can help safeguard their rights.
No child is left without a fair way to establish their identity or parentage when questions arise.
This is not about taking sides. It is about protecting vulnerable children, respecting families, and ensuring that the law treats every child fairly.

Our children cannot always fight for themselves. We must be willing to speak up for them.

I am calling on lawmakers, legal professionals, child-protection organisations, and the public to listen to these concerns and consider reforms that put children’s welfare, dignity, and rights first.

A mother may be gone, but her child’s rights must never disappear with her.

LET US SPEAK UP. LET US SEEK JUSTICE. LET US PROTECT OUR CHILDREN.
