Haven't updated recently but it's not because things have been quiet on the campaign front, in fact it's been the reverse. I got a little fed up with waiting for Government ministers to reply to my campaign letters and so changed my target slightly. In the last month or so I have emailed approximately 300 councils in England (Scotland and Wales will follow, I promise), while many haven't answered yet, I have had a reasonable number of positive responses to make the campaign worthwhile. Some councils are already well aboard the Changing Places wagon and have provided several toilets in the local area. I've managed to get some councils to look at encouraging developers to provide Changing Places toilets as part of local policy. I have raised awareness where previously there was none. A surprise for me though has been that several councils have highlighted that Changing Places toilets are being provided but have not been registered and therefore cannot be found on the Changing Places website or on the new toilet map. If you know of any such loo's in your local area I've included a link to the registration form on the Changing Places website. Please encourage businesses and councils to register their Changing Places loo's.
