Today, the Northwest Arkansas Democrat Gazette published an article about the letter we sent to the chancellor. The article acknowledges that TAs at the University of Arkansas are paid less than TAs at other state schools. Of course, TAs at U Ark also teach a higher percentage of classes that TAs at almost any other school in the nation.

It's totally unacceptable that 47% of TAs teaching core university classes are food insecure.
