We are in a new era. I think I will not exaggerate if I say that we are still processing shocking news of Russia's bloody attack on peaceful Ukraine. Activists have been warning for decades that Russian corruption and kremligarchs will end up creating grave security implications for the West and the whole world.

This petition has been part of that effort. Despite unequivocal evidence on unacceptability of kremligarchs Blavatnik, Fridman, Aven, Khan at Oxford, we were not listened to and in fact blocked by Oxford administrators with vested interests in continuing relations with kremligarchs. 

Ukrainian experts both in Ukraine and worldwide, along with multiple groups from Europe, UK and US decided to finally stop this appeasement of the bloody dictator and his agents. We came up with the comprehensive list of kremligarchs and Russian government outlets to be banned or removed once and for all from leading western institutions.
