Two updates:
1. This week a major report came out which talks about eight kremligarchs, including Petr Aven and Mikhail Fridman, and why they should be sanctioned by the Biden Administration.
The report includes the latest findings of Catherine Belton on their old KGB links, ongoing investigations in Spain which should concern the US, attacks on US and Russia media. For friends in Ukraine and Jewish community - see an ongoing controversy sparked by Alfa on the Babi Yar memorial, their proxies apparently boast they can bring President Biden to the 80th commemoration this September.
It also talks about Alfa's partnership with Alexander Vinokurov, son-in-law of Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov. This young aspiring billionaire learnt well corporate raiding methods from his Kremlin-connected mentors Fridman, Chemezov, Kostin. He created monopolies on medical supply so bad in Russia that even Russian Federal Prison system tried to take them to courts (to no avail). He is very much into the vaccine business now, which may have regional security implications outside Russia.
