The Issue

On October 17, 2014,  a 12 year old boy fell from a moving school bus through the back emergency door. He spent 3 weeks in a coma. What happened on the school bus? Was he pushed out?  The school bus had no cameras, so we will never really know. In addition, most of these children are non-verbal and are unable to speak about the incident.

On December 3, 2014, shortly after my 11 year old son Ryan, who has autism, got on his (special needs, D75) school bus, he opened the back emergency door. Luckily, he was not injured. Next time another child may not be so lucky. I am asking all of you to call and tell Chancellor Carmen Farina to put

cameras on all District 75 (special needs students) buses now.  Please lend these kids  your voice and demand cameras on D75 buses.  NO NEED  to donate money  to SIGN
