This petition is so that Congressmen and Congresswomen take notice of Chance Wilkins AKA “Cyrax” and his threats to Law Enforcement and ICE and even more importantly to helpless children and teens as he is a known Pedophile. He needs to be in either a psychiatric hospital or a prison. He is a danger to society. He has assaulted his elderly grandmother/ mother figure. He assaulted a peaceful protester with a baseball bat. (He was warning his neighbors that chance is a diddler). He has shown pictures of his genitalia to minors and sent explicit texts etc. He has also NUMEROUS TIMES exposed himself on Live Streams to viewers of all ages! He is also a known ANIMAL ABUSER! The family dog Rugrat is not allowed to be alone with him to put it nicely and keep it PG. AND AS A YOUNG ADULT HE ACTUALLY SEXUALLY ASSAULTED A YOUNG BLIND BLACK PEER NAMED BILLY! He never faced consequences other than EXPULSION FROM SCHOOL! He constantly throws around racist, sexist, homophobic etc slurs and especially towards women and black folks who call him out on his behavior. (If you see #JusticeForBlindBilly this is what it is referring too). He doesn’t only threaten online but HAS IRL become a sexual deviant! His “mother” Sally is getting on in years. When she dies Chance will most likely become homeless instead of confined to his home- thus becoming a real world threat once again! Including to homeless teens and women! He at one point most recently made DEATH THREATS to law enforcement officers. All of this information is readily available via internet search. His YouTube channel has been removed but he still makes posts on facebook. Chance Wilkins has gotten away with this for YEARS. Akron Police have become numb to his ways. Mental health and disability are NOT an excuse to harm children or officers even if I don’t agree with ICE’s tactics. A death threat is still a death threat and is not acceptable. Pedophilia is not acceptable. I myself am a disabled survivor of CSA starting this petition. I would never get away with what Chance Wilkins has. Please help show support for this petition to get Cyrax off the streets and away from innocents and law enforcement officers! If we get enough signatures maybe we can make Congress or higher take notice of this depraved individual who keeps escaping Justice! I will hand deliver it if I must!
