Challenge Discrimination, Dictatorship, Nepotism, and Injustice in Lions District 305 N2

The Issue

I pen this petition not as an outsider but as an integral part of this organization. I am a Lion. I have witnessed first-hand discriminatory practices, dictatorial behaviors, nepotism, and gross injustice within the Lions District 305 N2. My concerns lie specifically with the conduct of the PCC and IPDG and their subordinates.

The Lions Club International, founded in 1917, has always stood for unity, transparency, and inclusivity. Yet, it deeply pains me to witness our very own district steering away from these values. It is time we collectively demand an end to this. Studies show that organizations are most effective when they are transparent and inclusive, and a study by the Harvard Business Review shows that nepotism stifles talent and performance (Harvard Business Review, 2017).

By signing this petition, we are not just putting a stop to current and ongoing issues, but also setting a precedent for future Lions to follow, ensuring that our actions today lay the groundwork for a fair, just, and service-oriented Lions District 305 N2.

I appeal to all Lions and those who believe in fairness, transparency, and justice to sign this petition and bring about the change we wish to see in our District.
