2,114 have signed. Five Second Appeals in CIC are registered . The request is unchanged

Jai Hind! 🇮🇳
This petition went live on 18 Sep 26.
About 2,114 have signed, including Lt Gen Kamal Jit Singh, Lt Gen PK Rampal, Lt Gen Ramdas Mohan, Lt Gen HMS Grewal, Vice Admiral Avnish Tandon, Vice Admiral KR Nair, and several Maj Gens and equivalent. Thank you.
The request has not changed.
CGDA / PCDA(P), as Pension Sanctioning Authority, are requested to correct blank and wrong SPARSH legacy data from PPO / Corr PPO / ePPO records they already hold. Aged Ex-Servicemen and Veer Naris are not the first examiners of a pre-2016 file.
What is already on record:
• PCDA(P) letter to the CIC, EDP/58/CPP/SPARSH/2026 dated 15 Jul 26.
Para 5(A): 9,41,924 pensioners had not logged into SPARSH.
Para 5(B): blank / wrong data is updated by RO / HoO / PCDA(P) from official documents with them.
Para 6(B): the pensioner is asked only for mobile, email and address.
• PIB Release ID 2310567 of 15 Sep 26 called the AS_IS drive “normalised.” That sentence is not the same as a clean profile, and it is not the same figure as 9.41 lakh never logged in.
• The Mar–May 25 petition, 5,157 signatures, was closed as a suggestion.
This petition asks only that the Pension Sanctioning Authority own the fields already on the PPO.
Five Second Appeals against CGDA are registered at the Central Information Commission: CIC/CGDAC/A/2026/639094, 641302, 644849, 645353 and CIC/CGDAC/A/2026204902.
These arose because the First Appeal stage did not yield a point-wise reply on the record placed by the appellant. Registration is not a decision on merit. No direction is sought from signers on those appeals.
The petition request remains only this. CGDA / PCDA(P) themselves correct blank and wrong SPARSH legacy data from PPO / Corr PPO / ePPO records they already hold. Para 6(B) of the 15 Jul 26 letter asks the pensioner only for mobile, email and address.
One request to those who have signed: please forward the link once, today, into one veterans’ or family-pensioners’ group that has not seen it.
One minute to sign.
