Dear Supporters,

I want to let you know that a very reliable source from within the conservancy has told me that the resurfacing will be done between June 9th and June 21st. He also said that our efforts made a real difference in making this project happen.

Thanks to the CPDSA for laying the ground work and for Gale Brewer insuring that the money was allocated to this project.

It is starting to warm up and more skaters are starting to come out. The CPDSA weekend events should be starting very soon, so check their website (www.cpdsa.org for updates.

Also, please contact Bob Nichols, the president of the CPDSA to see if he needs help with making the events happen this season. Bob has done the bulk of the work for the last 27 years in organizing these events. That is no small feat. Without Bob, the events would never had happened!

However, for the events to happen this year, he really needs more skaters to volunteer to help out. So please help make this season of CPDSA events a great one, so Bob can retire on a high note. He deserves it for all the joyous events he has put together for the skaters over the years.

So get you skates on. It is time to bounce, rock, skate, roll, bounce!
