Cedar Rapids Citizens Against Fireworks

Today is Election Day in Cedar Rapids. We will choose our new mayor and elect council people for District 1, District 3, District 5, along with an At-Large council person.
We asked each candidate to take a pledge to support the current ban on fireworks in Cedar Rapids. Please remember their responses as you go to vote today! We need to work to keep Cedar Rapids firework free!

All candidates except Scott Olson responded that they would support the current ban. Most choices for mayor would result in our city having a leader who opposes fireworks use in city limits as mayor.
