Millions of Families in the United States are torn apart due to overzealous CPS workers. CPS insist that their jobs are to focus on the safety and well being of the child(ren). But to what cost? How far will CPS go to abducting children?   

CPS will violate The Fourth Amendment that protects you from unreasonable searches and seizures.   

CPS will violate The Sixth Amendment that  Americans have the right to not be subjected to hearsay evidence against them. CPS will also violate The Fourteenth Amendment- due process

CPS will disguise themselves as the Judge, and Jury. You are Guilty before proven  innocent.

For years CPS Misconduct has gone unbalanced, unchecked: but not unnoticed .

My story is no different from others. I too have stared at unjust, and lies of CPS.  The start of my fight in June of 2022, spouse and I are were wrongfully investigated of emotional abuse to our daughter.  I exercised parental rights by declining a home inspection and interview without legal representation. However the Father participated in an interview without an Attorney.

November 2022, ( 5 months later), CPS Janet Ford returned to our home and left a card in the door. We called CPS worker Janet Ford multiple times as well as text. CPS worker Janet Ford never returned any calls and never replied back by text. 

January 6, 2023 CPS worker Janet Ford finally decided to communicate and texted that case was closing as inconclusive.

January 19, 2023 CPS worker Janet Ford returned to our home with the Police and an Warrant for entry. Requested that Warrant be slide underneath the door for review. The police refused and stated that they would only put it up to window to see. 

CPS and the police violated rights by refusing to provide a copy of the warrant. CPS worker Janet Ford has fabricated a narrative without any legal proof that children were in imminent danger. CPS has violated my civil rights and is using her Government status as a shield to CPS Corruption. Many families including ours in California have faced harrassment, deframation, intimidation and emotional abuse caused by CPS misconduct.
