NEWS!!

I almost passed out today.  Out of the blue an email popped up from George Schwass (Senior Operations Manager) which included this sentence

"corporate finance have approved $50k for new bike racks for the LGF Waipapa Bike enclosure"

George has been quietly keeping the pressure on for more bike parking on our behalf.  Dissatisfaction with the current situation continues to be expressed throughout the organization.  The pressure has finally resulted in some positive news.

This is especially well timed for those of you who have been putting up with the extra mud and dust - but reduced even more cramped parking spaces - in the mortuary bike cage.

I will try and get some more details about when and where exactly the area will be developed.

We need to keep the pressure up, this must be additional not replacement parking.
