Over the moon to be able to say we have been heard! The gravel is being removed as we speak and CCTV should be installed by Wednesday/Thursday of next week!!!!!

In under 2 weeks we’ve managed to make it happen!

Thanks to everyone who has shared, signed, made phone calls, sent emails, swift cooperation from MTC, LTC, Head of Public Realm, our local PCSO Nathan Sleet, Morecambe Police, not forgetting the support from Morecambe BID and anyone else I may have missed out. Thank you!

We are fully aware that this does not solve all the problems overnight, but we are certainly making steps closer to a safer and happier place to live!

This petition will be closed as soon as the CCTV installation has been completed.
