NCIS:New Orleans did great on viewership for the last six seasons. It took a dive in viewership during the pandemic, and was cancelled in the end by CBS because of it.  Please offer it up to Netflix or another outlet to save it if you don’t wish to continue it. I believe it can come back to a greater viewership once it would have a standard production schedule post-pandemic.  They only just got back to anything resembling one only recently, and people need to see it operating normally to know to watch it on a regular basis.
