Caylee's Protection Act 2025

 

We, the undersigned, call for the establishment of the Caylee’s Protection Act, a legal mandate that ensures the protection and respect of Caylee Anthony’s story, legacy, and memory.

 

Whereas, Caylee Anthony, a young child whose life was tragically cut short, deserves justice, respect, and protection as we honor her legacy;  

Whereas, Casey Anthony the mother of Caylee, has previously sought to publicly monetize her story under the guise of advocacy, including claiming to be a legal advocate without proper qualifications, and misleading the public regarding her role;  

Whereas, the public has voiced deep concerns about the exploitation of Caylee Anthony’s name and the potential misuse of funds for personal gain rather than for the protection of children or the advancement of meaningful advocacy;  

Whereas, Caylee Anthony, as an innocent child, was deprived of a voice, and her story should be treated with dignity, respect, and integrity, free from exploitation for profit;  

Whereas, any funds, donations, or proceeds generated under the name of Casey Anthony or Caylee Anthony in the name of “advocacy” should be redirected to reputable child protection organizations, such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), to ensure that those in positions to advocate for children are truly doing so for the welfare of children, not for personal financial gain;

 

Therefore, we the undersigned demand the following:

 

1. That any and all advocacy and donations related to Caylee Anthony or Casey Anthony, in connection with public campaigns or social media, be required by law to be **donated** to child protection organizations, such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

   

2. That a legal framework be established, known as Caylee’s Protection Act, which ensures that no funds associated with Caylee Anthony’s story or Casey Anthony’s name be used for personal gain, either directly or indirectly, including any form of monetization from social media or public appearances.

   

3. That Casey Anthony and any individuals or entities claiming to act as advocates for Caylee’s memory, without proper qualifications or legal authorization, be legally required to clearly disclose the true nature of their involvement, including the intended use of any funds raised in Caylee’s name and/or honor.

 

4. That Caylee Anthony’s legacy be honored by ensuring that her name is not used as a tool for profit, but as an inspiration to protect and advocate for the children whose voices are often unheard, in the hope that no child suffers the same fate.

 

We are committed to ensuring that the Caylee’s Protection Act is passed, guaranteeing that Caylee’s story is not exploited, her memory is respected, and funds generated under her name are used for the protection of all children, not personal financial interests.

 

We believe that this is a necessary step toward justice for Caylee Anthony and a strong message that her legacy will not be twisted for profit.
