We as students of Cawthra are requesting for our school authorities to speak out about recent issues happening in our school. We need to see that our school acknowledges wrongdoings and actively puts words into action to make sure students feel safe, heard, and listened to. Being silent on issues happening in your own school shows students that their school does not care about their safety or mental health. So, therefore, we the students, are urging you to speak up about the sexual misconduct that happened, the burning of the pride flag, and any other situations that need to be addressed and discussed.
