Patrick Thiel of Pepworks sent me all he has of this game left: a corrupted, unplayable beta version of the training stage. So he's out. I'm gonna contact other Pepworks and CN employees to see if they have a working copy of all the stages. At least we have something... but nothing is better than something unplayable!
