FIRST, if you are NOT a registered Republican, you will need to at least temporarily change your party affiliation to ensure you can vote in the Republican Primary. Unfortunately, in Carroll County right now, the Republican Primary is where the election is decided. Fortunately, it is a very easy process. Complete one form (no notary required!) and mail it to the Carroll County Board Elections. Using the same form, you can immediately change back after the primary elections.
