Carl's Jr. Response... Sound familiar?

Below is the email I received from Carl's Jr./Hardees after I made a negative comment about their new commercial. This is also the same email that a friend received...SAME...every word. It sounds like they are really concerned at first, but after you find out that they send everyone the same thing this becomes very impersonal. Do they even read the complaints? How do we get them to really listen? Thank you for taking the time to share your comments with us. We regret that you were displeased with our advertising promotion.
