I am delighted to inform you that i have been invited to talk live with Sophie Chester-Glyn & Co-Produce Care this Wednesday (17th) at 7PM to talk all things social care with a main chunk being spent talking about how we can ensure care work and care workers can be seen as skilled professionals. This is a live event and i would love for you to join with questions and suggestions about how the workforce can be seen as skilled. Do you think its about pay, pay grades, qualifications, career pathways or something else?
