Cardi B STOP Speaking on Black-American Issues!

Cardi B STOP Speaking on Black-American Issues!
The Issue
Cardi B recently made a video condoning the historically hurtful, degrading, stereotypical behaviors of "Groovin' Gorilla" and "Chicken Boy"
In her video she called African-Americans who were against the minstrel behavior of the duo "Crabs in a barrel," chastising people to "let them make their money." Cardi B is a very influential entertainer with millions of followers and fans worldwide. She has the means to hire historians to educate her on why the behavior of the modern-day minstrel act is damaging and hurtful, (yet she has not educated herself, or refuses to).
She admitted she doesn't consider herself Black. She has no right, authority or dominion to speak on what Black Americans should find offensive, and/or gatekeep to put an end to.
- Cardi B is self-admittedly NOT BLACK
- She has no Authority to speak TO or FOR Black people on issues regarding social and psychological warfare against us
- Cardi B needs to EDUCATE herself on social issues before opening her mouth
- Cardi B MUST maintain the Humility and Respect for Black people to Keep her mouth CLOSED and defer to qualified authorities to speak on important social justice issues affecting our community.
- Groovin' Gorilla (aka Big Groove) is Nigerian, Cardi B is Latina - Why does she feel so comfortable chastising African Americans about gatekeeping our image towards a foreign born Black person behaving in a way which is historically hurtful towards an ethnicity of which NEITHER of them are a part?
- None in this situation may have the context for why the behavior is so damaging and we request she invests the time in educating herself before speaking to millions from a place for which she lacks know-how and context
The purpose of this petition is merely to get Belcalis to educate herself; she's a very influential person and her words have weight. She may not consider herself a role model, but she is an influencer whether she likes it or not... and her words influence. She has the opportunity to use the power of her influence to help instead of hurt.
PRESENTING EVIDENCE
Cardi B's Mother is From Trinidad
Cardi B's Father is Dominican
