BID says BYOB policy will stand

Now stating the change was for insurance reasons (initially they cited environmental reasons), the Capitol Riverfront BID says the decision will stand. They offer no response as to why they turned their back on local vendors and retailers when offering the exclusive contract to ABInBev.
