Thanks to you, Armando is more settled today than he has been for some time and is busy down sizing and rebuilding his life among friends. Sadly he is not yet able to fully utilise his equipment but is trying lots of alternatives and options in the spirit of his hobby. While his planning appeal and complaint to the Local Government Ombudsman are very quiet, he has decided to take the matter to court as it infringed his rights to the use of his property and moving and rebuilding has cost him money he wouldn't have had to spend had East Kent Housing just kept their promises. Surprisingly East Kent Housing have indicated they would like to use more government funds to thwart him, and plucky Armando, with no funds whatsoever is going up against a practising solicitor to put his case alone.
