Apologies for not updating sooner but there has been some movement in the right direction. Due to confidentiality we can't share too much now but today we met with Armando and he has accepted the options available to him. If all goes well the matter should be settled by Mid May 2017. In the mean-time the campaign remains open and will be evaluating lessons learnt.
