There is currently no time scale for cancer patients to receive their scan results waiting for results as a cancer patient is a terrible time of worry and anxiety not knowing if they are getting worse if there cancer has spread a lot of patients end up on anti depressants throughout this having a short time scale for results would help patients through what is already a terrible journey
