"The View" has become a platform where narcissistic, distasteful, and unkind statements are pronounced without a second thought. Time and again, its hosts have shown a lack of maturity and compassion, prompting a serious concern for the well-being of my fellow Americans. Their rhetoric often leans towards extreme ideologies, thus further polarizing the audience and fostering a culture of exclusion rather than dialogue and understanding. We cannot stand by and allow such destructive and divisive content to be presented as entertainment. Drawn from personal experience and a profound respect for the collective mental health of our society, I implore you to consider this plea to cancel "The View". The rapid dwindling in its viewership, as recorded by Nielsen ratings, only reflects a part of the growing discomfort against what this show stands for.
