The Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) is planning to set up a Burial Ground and a Sewage Treatment Plant (STP, SWT) on survey plots 92 to 96. Citizens fear that this development might heavily impact the community through potential environmental harm, spreading illness and loss of residential peace and quiet. Furthermore, this proposed project overlooks the importance of preserving green spaces within our city.
