Did you know, Australia is the only Commonwealth nation that continues to protect negligent, malicious or criminal lawyers from being sued successfully?

Australians can sue lawyers but can not win compensation claims because only Australia continues to implement an old law that all other Commonwealth countries have abolished amd that never existed in Europe or the USA.

It is called The Law of Advocates Immunity.

Despite the fact that by defenition is it a conflict of interest law, foreign insurance companies don't have to pay compensation to the Australian public that are been erroneously or maliciously misrepresented by negligent, incompetent and racist lawyers.

So we are asking you to sign and share this petition to make the billion dollar foreign owned insurance companies start payins you, the Australian public, rightfull compensation when your lawyer fails in their duty of care or to not know the law which results in a miscariage of justice against you or your family.

In other words, you will be encouraged to sue a lawyer for their negligence or misrepresentation but you will not be succesful as they are currently protected by this unjust conflict of interest law created by lawyers to protect themselves and their insurance companies.

In effect, this is corrupt conduct by the Legal profession.

By definition: this law is a conflict-of-interest law that allows lawyers and their insurance companies to make billion-dollar profits and not pay Australians compensation for a miscarriage of justice they may suffer in an Australian court.

So nawlers and Barristers that can charge fUpto $25,000 PER DAY,  can say anything they want as "legal advice" and even if the advice is wrong at law, the Australian public cannot sue the negligent lawyers successfully... Does that sound like justice? or is it corrupt conduct by a profession that knows this only in Australia?

I cannot find a lawyer to represent me in the High Court of Australia as it is against any lawyer's interest to abolish this law that favors them prejudicially.

What makes this a scandalous corrupt scheme is the fact that it is endorsed by those who claim to uphold law and justice in Australia. Such as Justice White of the New South Wales Supreme Court of Appeals who would have Australians believe that a negligent lawyer is protected under the current regime despite a lawyers ignorance of the law which was given as "legal advice".

IT IS ABOUT TIME we put an end to this unjust regime and abolish and cancel the Law of Advocates Immunity for justice to prevail Australia wide.
