That's right... The Honorable Justice White of the NSW Supreme Court of Appeals has ruled that Australian lawyers do not need to know the law. In fact, lawyers can say anything they want as "advice" without due dilligence or a duty of care and destroy your lives but they can not be sued for professional negligence. As the ignorance of the law was given as "advice".

This makes a mockery of Australian justice and prevents Australians from dictating to the world about human rights abuse. As legal insurance company profits take the priority over natural justice.

We, Australians demand justice prevail over insurance company profits and negligent lawyers failure in their duty if care!
