Holier-than-thou, Judge White of the NSW Supreme Court of Appeals has justified that a lawyer who does not know the law can not be sued for negligence as that ignorance of the law was given as "legal advice".

That's right people. Australia is the only country on Earth where lawyers dont need to know the law and destroy your life without fear of being sued and their insurance companies are making billion dollar profits from this scam know as "the Law of Advocates Immunity".

Little wonder Australians are not employing lawyers and legal companies revert to offer "no win no fee" services as more and more of the Australian public chose not to pay legal fees other than via Legal Aid. In fact, many Australians choose to self represent as the legal profession in Australia is in disrepute. With Australian lawyers becoming the least trusted and most loathed professionals on Earth.

It is time to change or abolish this conflict of interest law!
