Justice White of the NSW Supreme Court has ruled that a lawyer who doesnt know the law can not be sued so the insurance company may profit from the miscarriage of justice. And then, you have to pay the legal costs for suing your negligent lawyer that ruined your life...

That's right. Only in Australia has the legal profession managed to create a law to protect their own negligences...

This is a scam supported by judges like Justice White of he NSW Supreme Court of Appeals and his off sider Judge McFarlene. Both supported the notion that You, the public have no right to sue a lawyer that destroys your life, incriminates you or does bugger all to defend your inocense and their negligence is protected by the conflict of interest law of Advocates immunity.
