I find it shocking and offensive that Manchester Academy are still intending to let the vile Pascal Robinson-Foster aka "Bob Vylan" 🙄 spew his disgusting bile and hatred on their stage!! 🤬🤬

This is not just about a performance; it's about maintaining the peace and harmony in a city that has just witnessed unspeakable tragedy. 

In light of the tragic events perpetrated by an extremist, murderous killer in Manchester, and the rise in antisemitism, the very last thing our city and our country needs is more antisemitic hatred and abuse! This is a time for everyone to be very cautious and heedful of causing more tension and unrest. Our society already has more than enough of that. 

Manchester is a city of inclusivity, solidarity, and resilience, where communities stand together regardless of their backgrounds. The presence of an artist who has publicly expressed harmful and divisive views threatens the fabric of this community. We need to hold spaces that foster understanding and unity rather than division.

It's vital for venues to consider the impact of their bookings, ensuring that performers who are given such platforms do not propagate messages of hate. Cancel this gig and send a strong message that Manchester stands against hatred in all its forms.
