It is time for true equality. It is time for body autonomy in regards to reproductive rights. 

This petition is to serve as notice to the Government of Canada that the people of this great nation support and demand that the following be added to the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

1. Each individual owns their body and therefore the decisions regarding reproduction and abortion lie solely with the individual.
2. No Governmental agency (Federal, Provincial or Municipal) has rights or influence over an individuals decision making in regards to individual reproductive rights.
3. The rights of individual reproductive decisions is granted to each individual in perpetuity and shall never be nullified.
4. Access to abortions and abortion clinics shall never be taken away from the citizens of Canada.
