Here is an update on our campaign. We are getting noticed.

Thanks to everyone who signed the petition, liked or re-shared a posts or commented. Our numbers have exceed my goal and is still rising.

Here's where we sit at the moment:

I have a meeting scheduled with the Canadian Life and Health Insurance Association to discuss the issue Friday.

Andrew Weaver, MLA responded and indicated that he has forwarded my letter to the CASA Secretariat (CASA is the Confidence and Supply Agreement) to further the discussion with government.

Canada Life has reached out and offered a work around, for large cases only, that skirts the guidelines they helped create with CLHIA. A non starter from our perspective.

We applaud Assumption Life as they are accepting all test results as usual in the normal manner. They are the only insurance company in Canada to buck the coalition. Lo and behold they are a Certified B Corp. We applaud their integrity.
