I am very sad to report that the Government of Canada has announced  today that it is sending battle tanks to Ukraine.

Our Government has made the opposite decision than we were appealing to them to make.  This increases the level of Canada's weapons supply to Ukraine into the category of heavy weaponry: an escalation of both the Ukraine war and of Canada's involvement in that war against Russia.

I express a sincere thank you to all those who signed my petition; by this timely objection you have made yourselves morally innocent of Canada's immoral military support of the Ukraine war as well as of Canada's unnecessary escalation of hostilities towards a broader NATO-Russia war. You have gotten your names on the right side of history in a critical historic issue!
