It's reported that yesterday Germany's Federal Minister for Foreign Affairs, Ms. Annalena Baerbock, announced, in advocating for sending more weapons to Ukraine, that "we are fighting a war against Russia". It goes to show how donating weapons is involvement in the war. Since Germany (like Canada) is part of NATO, does this announcement mean that Canada is officially at war with Russia right now?
