This page has important information regarding my 28 year Section 15 Charter struggle regarding the ongoing sex discrimination against mothers and children when a father's signature is not on a child's birth certificate. This sex discrimination was "invented" in 1985 as standard policy by AANDC as a measure to continue to deny Indigenous treaty rights and women's knowledge.
