This petition remains open even though it has been delivered. To date I have met with my provincial representative, Dr. Helena Jaczek, and will meet with my federal representative, Dr. Jane Philpott.
Meanwhile interviews have taken place and articles have appeared in print and online (see below).
As soon as I hear back from Prime Minister Trudeau, Minister Qualtrough, Minister Duclos, or Canada's UN Ambassador Blanchard, I will post another update.

My comment on this article is: "Why didn't Harper get the provinces/territories on side in 9 years? Not exactly a high priority, was it?"
