Hello, please see my attached letter revising the scope of my information request [A-2025-001203]

In addition, the response of the Alberta Government, to order a 'review' into the death of 44 year old Prashant Sreekumar (who died in the waiting room of an Alberta emergency room waiting to be treated for chest pains for over 8 hours), is an offensive and inappropriate failure of accountability.

I am still urgently requesting that The Honourable Marjorie Michel use all available tools to ensure that emergency care in Alberta once again meets the standard of reasonable access as stated in section 12(1)(a) of the Canada Health Act. I believe this is exactly the kind of situation the Canada Health Act is meant to prevent.

Thank you, please let me know if any further clarity is required.
Sarah Mavro
