New Planned Carnival Name + corrected errors from last update

Good evening everyone,

I have also spoke to Ms Murdocca yesterday, however she had mentioned Mr Ocallaghan and Ms Genovese are in charge of the rides so I will hopefully get the chance to talk to them soon about which rides are arriving. There are high hopes that the Power Surge ride will come, however since Joylands have sold their ride to Sideshow Amusements, Perth, the shipping process will be more complex. Although, the event will still be possible as I am planning to make the event as feasible as possible.

I have mentioned that the Power Surge ride costs $30 000, but take into account that it was an error; I was looking at the cost of the ride permanently and not the hire. While it may be costly to ship the Power Surge to St Luke's Marsden Park, it shall still meet the $50 000 budget.

Furthermore, the event may be renamed from 'St Luke's Day' to 'St Luke's Christmas Carnival' due to it being held in December instead of November. 

I am very excited for the event to take place and I hope this event will be evoking joy to everybody!
