I just wanted to say THANK YOU to everyone for their support with trying to get this upgrade happening. I just wanted to clarify that there is no law suit involved here. This is simply trying to get Charter Hall to use a higher grade of paint, so that the car park is not a hazard to workers and patrons. They are obliged to do this under NSW legislation and it doesn't mean patrons and workers do not have a duty of care themselves to be careful in the rain. I'm simply trying to prevent future injuries - as it can be funny when you fall over but it most certainly isn't when you're pregnant, old or are seriously injured. Once again, thank you for your support :)
