Important Information For Your Comments

We would like your comment about this matter, so that we can make the right decisions for our community. 

1.  It has come to our attention that on Saturday night at the local pub the person  involved was overhead making some  racial comments in which it had taken three people to clean the  ex-employees accommodation. 
2. The private information was discussed in an environment for their personal entertainment purposes. 
3. This employee thought it necessary to speak about the matter and for others to make commentary on within discussions while socialising. 
4. The circumstances are a violation of privacy and a breach of confidentiality within their work ethics and to our community this still is classified as a form enticing racism within our community. 
5.  What's your thoughts, was it right for this employee to talk about these matters publically at the local pub.
