Mr. Garcia. TX Whistleblower is targeted!

The unjustly termination of Mr. G, a dedicated and beloved staff and mentor has left many of us at Hebron High School feeling devastated. Mr. G has been an invaluable member of our educational community, touching the lives of countless students with his passion for keeping us safe and showing compassion for us individuals.  Mr. G has been a role model and helped us navigate the unjust and biased actions of the administration group. He has consistently gone above and beyond in his role, offering extra help to students after school with parents and families to guide and mentor students at school, at community events, at church, and playing a pivotal role in our school.  His  commitment to fostering a supportive and fair environment has not only enhanced students' academics but has also inspired many with his testimony to pursue higher education and careers.

The decision to terminate Mr. G’s employment came without sufficient cause or transparency. Being targeted because of his effective leadership was constructed by deceptive means in your appointed administrations . This nebulous decision not only affects his livelihood but also disrupts the learning environment and morale of current students and staff members.

 We call upon the school board and administration to conduct a thorough review of this decision, with parent and student input, and provide justification for his termination. Furthermore, we urge them to reinstate Mr. G.  By doing so, we can preserve the integrity and quality of education at Hebron High School and continue to support the community that Mr. G has built.
