For years, André “Dede” Ayew has carried the hopes and expectations of Ghanaian football supporters.

From the youth ranks to the senior national team, Dede has experienced Ghanaian football from within. He has represented the Black Stars at the highest level, experienced the pressures of international football, and witnessed both the achievements and challenges of our football system.

We believe that experience should be considered for the next chapter of Ghanaian football.

OUR APPEAL

We are calling on André “Dede” Ayew to stand and contest for the Presidency of the Ghana Football Association (GFA).

This is a call from football supporters who believe that Dede should consider offering himself for leadership and presenting his vision for the future of Ghanaian football.

We want to see:

• Stronger grassroots and youth development
• Clearer pathways for young Ghanaian players
• Better support for players and coaches
• Stronger national teams
• Professional and accountable football administration
• Long-term planning and sustainable development
• Greater confidence and trust among football supporters

Ghana has enormous football talent and a proud football history. We believe the country needs a clear vision capable of turning that talent into sustained success.

We want Ghana to compete consistently for the Africa Cup of Nations, perform strongly on the world stage and build the foundations for future generations to achieve even greater things.

We recognise that transforming Ghanaian football cannot be the work of one person. It requires players, coaches, administrators, clubs, academies, supporters, investment and strong institutions.

But leadership begins with people willing to step forward and serve.
