We, citizens of the world, call on the international community to recognize the current Israeli government, led by Benjamin Netanyahu, as a terrorist entity, based on its repeated actions against civilian populations and its blatant violations of international law.

➡️ We unequivocally condemn the terrorist attacks carried out by Hamas on October 7, 2023, which led to the deaths of innocent civilians. Nothing can justify such acts, and terrorism must never be tolerated or excused.

However, a legitimate right to self-defense does not grant the right to carry out indiscriminate retaliation through mass bombings of civilian areas, humanitarian blockades, or the destruction of essential infrastructure. The Netanyahu government’s military response has far exceeded the bounds of international humanitarian law and inflicted mass suffering on innocent populations.

The International Court of Justice (ICJ) has already raised concerns about possible war crimes committed by this government in Gaza. These findings are backed by respected international organizations and independent NGOs.

Most recently, this same government has declared war on Iran, dangerously escalating tensions in the region and threatening global peace—without international mandate or oversight.

👉 This petition does not question Israel’s right to exist or to defend itself, and it does not target the Israeli people or the Jewish religion, all of which we fully respect. It exclusively condemns the actions of the Netanyahu government, which we view as criminal, disproportionate, and destructive.

We demand:

1. That the Netanyahu government be designated a terrorist entity by competent international institutions (UN, EU, etc.).
2. That diplomatic and judicial sanctions be imposed against its leadership.
3. That independent international investigations be supported to bring those responsible to justice.

Nous, citoyennes et citoyens du monde, demandons à la communauté internationale de reconnaître le gouvernement israélien actuel, dirigé par Benjamin Netanyahu, comme une entité terroriste, au regard de ses actions répétées contre des populations civiles et de ses violations flagrantes du droit international.

➡️ Nous condamnons sans équivoque les attaques terroristes perpétrées par le Hamas le 7 octobre 2023, qui ont causé la mort de civils innocents. Rien ne peut justifier de telles atrocités, et aucun acte terroriste ne peut être toléré ni excusé.

Cependant, une riposte légitime ne donne pas carte blanche à des représailles indiscriminées, à des bombardements massifs de zones civiles, à des blocus humanitaires et à des destructions d’infrastructures vitales. La réponse du gouvernement Netanyahu a largement dépassé les limites du droit international humanitaire et a plongé des millions de personnes dans la souffrance.

La Cour internationale de Justice (CIJ) a d’ailleurs mis en cause ce gouvernement pour des crimes de guerre potentiels à Gaza. Ces faits sont étayés par des enquêtes sérieuses d’organismes internationaux et d’ONG indépendantes.

Aujourd’hui, ce même gouvernement a déclaré la guerre à l’Iran, aggravant les tensions régionales et menaçant dangereusement la paix mondiale, sans aucun mandat de la communauté internationale.

👉 Cette pétition ne remet pas en cause le droit d’Israël à exister ni à se défendre, et elle ne vise ni le peuple israélien, ni la religion juive. Elle vise exclusivement le gouvernement Netanyahu et ses décisions, jugées criminelles, disproportionnées et destructrices.

Nous demandons :

1. Que le gouvernement Netanyahu soit désigné comme entité terroriste par les institutions compétentes (ONU, UE, etc.).
2. Que des sanctions diplomatiques et judiciaires soient prises contre ses dirigeants.
3. Que des enquêtes internationales indépendantes soient soutenues pour juger les crimes commis.
